Music trailblazer Miley Cyrus announced her upcoming seventh studio album, Plastic Hearts, on Friday, set to release on Nov. 27 via RCA. Within 10 minutes of opening the order books for the 2022 GMC Hummer EV, an electric full-size pickup truck, the first model year is sold out, said Vice President, Global Buick and GMC Duncan Aldred. GMC opened reservations on October 20 as the 2022 GMC Hummer EV made its global debut. Each reservation came with a $100 deposit. Several thousand hand-raisers were put on a waiting list, Aldred said. Investment Firm Acquires Calvin Harris’ Publishing Catalog for $90 Million
In what could be a watershed moment for electronic music producers, Calvin Harris has sold his publishing catalog for a staggering $90 million. Vine Alternative Investments—a New York-based entertainment industry investment firm—has acquired the rights to Harris’ expansive publishing catalog of over 150 tracks, many of which are considered modern dance music classics.
