Two weeks after suffering a miscarriage, Chrissy Teigen is speaking out for the first time. “We are quiet but we are okay. Love you all so much,” she wrote on Instagram on Friday (Oct. 16) alongside a series of screenshotted tweets from her husband John Legend, who earlier in the day, shared why he dedicated his song “Never Break” to Teigen after performing the track at Wednesday night’s 2020 Billboard Music Awards. “This is for Chrissy. I love and cherish you and our family so much. We’ve experienced the highest highs and lowest lows together,” he wrote. “Watching you carry our children has been so moving and humbling. I’m in awe of the strength you’ve shown through the most challenging moments. What an awesome gift it is to be able to ...
Demi Lovato unveiled her political stance in her new song “Commander in Chief,” and now the Lincoln Project is building on the track’s emotional message. The anti-Trump political action committee shared their own music video for the song on Thursday (Oct. 15), and shows clips of the devastating effects from the president’s mismanagement of the coronavirus, of people on ventilators in hospitals and families with masks only able to talk to each other through glass doors. The scene then turns to the Black Lives Matter movement, as thousands of protesters took to the streets across the nation to demand justice for George Floyd, Breonna Taylor and more who have been killed at the hands of police. The vignette ends on an uplifting note, with people of all races, ages and ...

SAINt JHN‘s thrilling performance at the 2020 Billboard Music Awards had some sweet sauce in the form of custom visuals from none other than deadmau5. The multi-platinum rapper and singer-songwriter performed his global smash single “Roses” at the virtual awards show, blending the wildly popular Imanbek remix in an electrifying performance. His set was flanked by custom 3D visual design from the mau5, who developed a menacing skeleton to mirror the one frequented in SAINt’s branding. The anthropomorphized, skeletal version of JHN zips around, powered by intricately designed flames. Source: Rich Fury / Getty Just a few weeks after giving birth to a healthy baby boy (she finally revealed the gender), Nicki Minaj puts down the breast pump and picks up the mic to collaborate with Sada Baby on a brand new cut. Last night at the stroke of midnight the world got their first listen to Sada Baby’s latest Nicki Minaj featured cut “Whole Lotta Choppas” and boy did the joint go hard. Using a quicker than normal flow to a “White Lines” sounding sample, Nicki reminds everyone why she’s been one of the best female rappers in the game spitting, “Ain’t no restaurant, but i’m the b*tch they been waitin’ on/Gotta pop tags, b*tches talkin’ in them hand-me-down bags/it’s sad! Burberry pad/You in that drip that I already had.” Not bad, Queen. Not bad at all. Check out Sada Baby and Nicki ...
Source: NurPhoto / Getty It’s only taken a century and a half but finally Juneteenth will officially be observed as a state holiday in New York State. According to ABC New York, Governor Andrew Cuomo has decided to sign legislation making Juneteenth (June 19) a paid holiday for New Yorkers months after issuing an executive order recognizing the day as such. Keep in mind this came in the midst of the Coronavirus pandemic ravaging New York and Andrew Cuomo doing more to keep the Big Apple afloat than the “President” of the United States. “I am incredibly proud to sign into law this legislation declaring Juneteenth an official holiday in New York State, a day which commemorates the end to slavery in the United States,” the governor said. “This new public holiday will serve as a day to recogni...
Source: BRENDAN SMIALOWSKI / Getty We didn’t watch Donald Trump’s trainwreck disguised as a town hall, but those who did couldn’t but notice the one woman behind the “president” passionately nodding in agreement with every ridiculous lie he said. The woman who donned a red mask stuck out like a sore thumb, showing her support for the super-spreader-in-chief was revealed to be a failed Trump-loving congressional candidate who ran back in 2018. The Miami Herald outed the head-nodder as Mayra Joli, a native of the Dominican Republic, and revealed she flopped big time when she ran for Congress two years ago as a Trump-boot licking “Independent.” Joli hilariously was only able to get less than three percent of the vote against Rep. Donna Shalala (D-FL) and Republican Maria Elvira Salazar. After...

1. The Britney Spears cover Cyrus strutted onto her at-home stage looking like an 80s dream in a flowy zebra-print dress, matching gloves, big black-and-white sunglasses, gold accessories and, of course, her blonde mullet and a red lip. She kicked off the show with a rocked-out rendition of Spears’ 2007 hit “Gimme More.” The dark twist on the mid-2000s pop track was made complete with Cyrus’ characteristic rasp and Southern twang. 2. Nico’s “These Days” Following the grit of “Gimme More,” Cyrus smoothed it out with a breezy cover of Nico’s 1967 track “These Days.” Surrounded by palm trees with red paper hearts hanging from the leaves and the sunlight shining behind her, the singer had us holding onto summer as she sang...
