In a recent interview with Australia’s HEAVY Magazine, Lee ruminated on his internal instincts as an artist and how his many sonic influences are sneaking into his workflow in a variety of forms. Eels Drop New Single ‘Are We Alright Again’
Eels shared the second single, “Are We Alright Again,” from the group’s upcoming Earth to Dora album, which drops on Oct. 30 via E Works/PIAS. The song was written in the early days of the pandemic and “is a “kind of a quarantine daydream that I needed to have,” singer E (aka Mark Oliver Everett) said in a statement. With the exception of “Are We Alright Again,” the songs on Earth to Dora “came about just before the pandemic hit and changed everything. I’m hoping they can be, maybe kind of soothing or something. Apple will bundle some of its subscription services together for discount. Customers who want to buy subscriptions to Apple TV+, Apple Music, Apple Arcade and iCloud storage will soon be able to do so for a combined price that starts at $15 per month. The company has unveiled Apple One, a series of bundles of its various services. Plans range in monthly price from $15 to $30 depending on how many people are accessing the bundle and what offerings are included. Alien Huang, Taiwanese Singer and Actor, Dies at 36
Taiwanese actor-singer-model Alien Huang has died. He was 36. Local news reports say Huang was found dead in his apartment in Taipei on Wednesday morning, local time. Tapei police said Huang appeared to have died suddenly in his bathroom by accident and that there were no drugs or alcohol or signs of a struggle at the scene. Police are continuing to investigate. Born Huang Hong-Sheng in Taipei in 1983, he began his career as an entertainer at 18, joining the boy band HC3. He later performed with the band Cosmo. From music he graduated to acting, appearing in films such as Wild and Holiday Dreaming and television series such as Freedom of Half Grown Ups and Mysterious Incredible Terminator.
