‘Truth Hurts’ Suit Against Lizzo Dismissed by Judge
Lizzo is most likely feelin’ good as hell after a California federal judge dismissed a lawsuit against her by two songwriters who say they helped create “Truth Hurts.” Lizzo hit first in October 2019, asking the court for a declaration that brothers Justin and Jeremiah Raisen did not co-write her Grammy-winning hit song and therefore aren’t entitled to any of its profits. The songwriters countersued in February, arguing that “Truth Hurts” is a derivative work based on a song called “Healthy” that they created with the artist in early 2017. 2021 Lexus LX 570: Inspiration Series Returns, Sport Pack Updated
After a year’s hiatus, the Lexus LX 570 welcomes the special Inspiration Series trim back to the model line for 2021. Limited to 500 units, the three-row Inspiration Series sports a bevy of blacked-out exterior bits. This includes its 21-inch wheels, grille, exterior accent pieces, and badges. Furthermore, the trim adds black finishes to the fog lights, headlights, and taillights, the latter two of which also include smoked lenses. While black exterior paint comes standard, a coat of white paint is optionally available. Inside, the LX 570 Inspiration Series features black leather seats with tasteful red accents.
