Red Hot Chili Peppers Stream Their Lollapalooza 2006 Set

In recent weeks, Lollapalooza has been sharing sets from its vast vault. Today’s is one that draws back on the fest’s rich alt-rock history Red Hot Chili Peppers’ set from 2006 was noteworthy not because it was their first Lollapalooza appearance in 16 years, but it was the beginning of the end of their second era with guitarist John Frusciante. HAIM Share ‘Don’t Wanna’ From Upcoming Album

HAIM have shared “Don’t Wanna” from their upcoming album Women in Music Pt. III. The song was produced by Danielle Haim, Rostam and Ariel Rechtshaid. The Haim sisters co-wrote the song with Rostam as well. “This song rolled off the tongue,” the band said of the song in a statement, “it’s sexy, flirty and hopeful.” Previously, the group shared “I Know Alone” “Summer Girl,” “Hallelujah” and “The Steps” from the album. Before the pandemic canceled everything, HAIM was on a promo tour that took place at delis in select cities. The album was postponed due to the coronavirus outbreak in March but it is scheduled to be released on June 26 via Columbia Records. Maia Campbell Among 44 Arrested In Atlanta Street Racing Sting

Source: Prince Williams / Getty Maia Campbell was among dozens of individuals arrested in a crackdown on illegal street racing in Atlanta. Campbell, who was a television actress in the 1900s, has struggled with mental health and drug addiction issues in the past. AJC reports that Campbell, 43, was among 44 people arrested in the Georgia city over the weekend and charged with being a pedestrian in the roadway.  It hasn’t been shared what Campbell’s connection to the race is exactly, but she was booked and had her mugshot taken by the Atlanta Department of Corrections. Campbell was a cast member of the sitcom In The House alongside LL Cool J and Alfonso Ribeiro but has made headlines over the past few years for her struggles with addiction and her mental health. Rock & Roll Icon Little Richard Laid To Rest In Huntsville, Alabama

The Rock and Roll icon was laid to rest in Huntsville, Ala., the town where he attended college after a brief retirement near the height of his fame in the 1950s. As TMZ reports, the artist born Richard Penniman was laid to rest in Huntsville at the Oakwood Memorial Gardens Cemetry, right across from Oakwood College, a Seventh-Day Adventist HBCU where Little Richard studied theology after leaving music behind for a spell. New Single Released on Barong Family Accused of Ripping Off Skrillex

A new single released on Yellow Claw‘s Barong Family imprint is being accused of ripping off an unreleased Skrillex song. The Barong Family release in question, a song called “Better Days” by bass producer So Dope, is being dragged through the mud on both SoundCloud and Reddit for its blatant similarities to an unreleased song by Skrillex with the widely adopted title “El Dorado.” One diligent Redditer took it upon himself to line up each song in his digital audio workstation to demonstrate each track side-by-side. 2022 GMC Hummer EV Pickup: What We Know

Hummer is back, albeit as a sub-brand of GMC, not a standalone brand within General Motors. Don’t call it a gas guzzler, either, because the 2022 GMC Hummer is a zero-emissions electric pickup truck. With production set for GM’s Detroit-Hamtramck plant, the GMC Hummer EV likely arrives in dealers in mid-to-late 2021.
