During the chat with fans, Minaj admitted to having a “painful” experience with breastfeeding, and shared how her water broke. “I was butt naked,” Nicki said. “Just got out the shower & I asked him [husband Kenneth Petty] to rub my back. As soon as I started scooting over to him in the bed I just felt the water start coming o...

Source: Robert Kamau / Getty Nicki Minaj has been noticeably absent from the scene since giving birth and she recently took to social media to explain why. On Friday (Nov 6), Nicki Minaj took to Twitter and responded to fans who opened up a discussion about her, her son, and everything going on in her life since she became a mother after one fan asked why she couldn’t be “like a normal celebrity” and “hire a nanny.” While Nicki has made it clear that she doesn’t plan on hiring a nanny for her son anytime soon, the new mom did provide clarity as to why noting that the decision to hire one is “difficult.” “Everyone tells me that. Source: WENN/Avalon / WENN Nicki Minaj officially became a mommy a few weeks ago. In new age rapper fashion, she just recently gave fans a preview, a teaser if you will (a snippet?), of her newborn son. “Happy Anniversary, my love ♥️,” was the caption she used for a photo of her son’s tiny little right foot on Wednesday (Oct. 21). The anniversary in question would be her one year of matrimony to hubby Kenneth Petty. Minaj and petty were married in a small ceremony back in October 2019. After keeping her pregnancy on the lee low for the most part, the new bundle of joy arrived September 30. Nevertheless, Minaj still managed to hop on tracks with Tekashi 6ix9ine, to the dislike of many, and most recently linked up with Sada Baby for the “Whole Lotta Choppas (Remix)” just last w...
It’s impossible to talk about the history of video games without mentioning Street Fighter. Whether in an arcade or on a home console, Street Fighter II and every successive iteration (the original Street Fighter didn’t catch on with most of the world) has become synonymous with video games of all types. Characters like Ryu, Chun-Li, and several other members of the roster are now pop culture symbols reaching far beyond the gaming community (just ask Nicki Minaj), and the series’ influence can be felt as widely as that of The Simpsons. As we near the end of the current generation of consoles, the gaming giants at Capcom have announced that the next season of new characters and content set to roll out for Street Fighter V over the next several months will be its last. But just because ...
Source: Rich Fury / Getty Just a few weeks after giving birth to a healthy baby boy (she finally revealed the gender), Nicki Minaj puts down the breast pump and picks up the mic to collaborate with Sada Baby on a brand new cut. Last night at the stroke of midnight the world got their first listen to Sada Baby’s latest Nicki Minaj featured cut “Whole Lotta Choppas” and boy did the joint go hard. Using a quicker than normal flow to a “White Lines” sounding sample, Nicki reminds everyone why she’s been one of the best female rappers in the game spitting, “Ain’t no restaurant, but i’m the b*tch they been waitin’ on/Gotta pop tags, b*tches talkin’ in them hand-me-down bags/it’s sad! Burberry pad/You in that drip that I already had.” Not bad, Queen. Not bad at all. Check out Sada Baby and Nicki ...
Source: Bernard Smalls / @PhotosByBeanz The copyright infringement case that Tracy Chapman hit Nicki Minaj with has been going on for quite some time now and while it may have seemed like a solid case to some, a judge just handed the Barbs a small victory in the court of law. Vulture is reporting that Judge Virginia A. Phillips ruled that the Queen rapper did not commit copyright infringement when she sampled Chapman’s song “Baby Can I Hold You” on her unreleased cut “Sorry.” Though Nicki never had permission to sample the song and record it, the judge overseeing the case felt that since clearance was never sought nor the song ever officially released, there was no wrongdoing and ruling in favor of Chapman would potentially harm future music from even being experimented on. “Artists u...
