Known for her characteristically groovy blend of house and techno, Korean electronic superstar Peggy Gou has at last returned from a two-year hiatus from solo releases. Released June 7th via her Berlin-based imprint Gudu Records, “Nabi” is a collaboration with OHHYUK that comes after 2019’s Moment EP, which included the smash single “Starry Night.” Easygoing and sonically rich, “Nabi” is a blissful arrangement of interweaving percussive elements and bright, melodic chords. The music festival announcements continue to roll in with Manchester’s beloved Parklife Festival next on the docket. After taking 2020 off in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, the fest is set to return bigger than ever at Heaton Park on September 11th and 12, 2021.
