Grimes Calls Out Elon Musk After He Tweets “Pronouns Suck”

Grimes publicly called out her own boyfriend, Elon Musk, for a discriminatory tweet against non-binary people. On Friday night, the Space X founder tweeted simply, “Pronouns suck.” It’s unclear what prompted Musk to make such a proclomation, but Grimes wasted no time in calling him out. Just seven minutes after Musk’s initial tweet, Grimes replied to him directly, writing, “I love you but please turn off ur phone or give me a dall. I cannot support hate. Please stop this. PDP: We will not accept rigging in Edo election

Ahead of the Edo State governorship election slated for 19th of September 2020, the leaders of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) have vowed to resist any attempt by opposition, the All Progressives Congress (APC), to rig the election. The consensus candidate of the Unity Group of the All Progressive Congress in Ondo State and the first runner up in the party governorship primary, Chief Olusola Oke, has said that himself and the group are not planning to leave the party but with some conditions. The ENCORES Act would provide relief in the form of tax credits on ticket refunds. A new bill in the House Representatives aims to keep struggling independent music venues afloat during the ongoing pandemic. Introduced Thursday by Reps. Ron Kind (D-WI) and Mike Kelly (R-PA), the Entertainments New Credit Opportunity for Relief & Economic Sustainability (ENCORES) Act would allow venues to recoup some of the losses they have experienced from issuing ticket refunds for canceled events by providing a tax credit for 50% of the value of those refunded tickets.
