Robert De Niro, a Swiftie? “I’m Not Not a Fan” of Taylor Swift

He’s playing a bit mum on the subject, but it looks like Taylor Swift can count Robert De Niro among her legions of fans. In a recent interview with Variety, the Oscar-winner admitted to having “all of her albums,” conceding, “I’m not not a fan.” The main subject of the interview was the Tribeca Film Festival, which De Niro and Jane Rosenthal founded in 2002. The event returned to New York City today, and Taylor Swift’s All Too Well: The Short Film is screening at the event. Naturally, then, Variety asked the co-founders if they were fans of the artist, to which De Niro replied, “I have all of her albums. I’m not not a fan. I probably hear her music and like it on the radio. My young daughter puts a station on, and it drives me crazy when they chat. When they have ...

Why Were So Many Oldies Made Hits Again by New Syncs During One Five-Year Period — And Why Is It Finally Happening Again Now?

Ed Sheeran Sent Two Crude Statues to Aussie DJs

Ed Sheeran loves Australia, and the feeling is mutual. So when he sent something special to Nova radio DJs Fitzy & Wippa, he made sure it was the gift that keeps giving. The Sydney breakfast crew opened their presents from Sheeran on-air, revealing a pair of marble phalluses, painted in the Aussie green and gold. “We know Ed loves crude, inappropriate gifts and this was no exception,” says the team at the commercial network. Sheeran doesn’t just send giant members to any old acquaintance. During his most recent chat on Nova, Sheeran told of how he sent a marble willy to his good friend and collaborator Elton John. Robbie Williams Celebrates 25 Years As a Solo Artist With ‘XXV’

As its title suggests, XXV is a nod to the quarter century that has passed since Stoke-On-Trent’s favorite lad released his debut album, Life thru a Lens. Though Williams never scaled great commercial heights in the United States, he can fill arenas and stadiums across Europe and in Australia, and he’s a phenomenon in his homeland, where he has bagged 13 solo No. 1 albums and seven best-selling singles. All but one of his studio albums topped the Official U.K. Albums Chart (2009’s Reality Killed the Video ...
