Lana Del Rey Unveils Cover of Father John Misty’s “Buddy’s Rendezvous”: Stream

Back in January, Father John Misty teased a snippet of Lana Del Rey covering his Chloë and the Next 20th Century cut “Buddy’s Rendezvous.” Now, the track has now been brought to all streaming services after previously only being available as a 7-inch single included in the limited edition box set of the album. Listen to it below. With airy, piano-driven production highlighted by strings and a saxophone, “Buddy’s Rendezvous” is the perfect match for Del Rey’s throwback aesthetic. Even though FJM has said the song is written from the perspective of a man who gives some “pretty shitty advice” to his daughter after getting out of the prison, certain lyrics like “What’s the point of being everybody’s girl?/ Maybe you think that way there’s no chance getting hurt/ Living for no one costs me...

Following a “family dinner” video that aired as part of BTS’s annual FESTA anniversary celebration on June 14th, the members of Korean pop septet are sharing more details about their next chapter. While the conversation (which spans over an hour) initially seemed to indicate that BTS would be taking a break from activities as seven, including an English translation that used the word “hiatus,” the members and management company HYBE are clarifying that BTS’s “second chapter” will see the septet “remaining active as a group.” This will include filming content like their treasured variety show, “Run BTS,” among other team activities. At the same time, this strategy shift will incorporate more solo work from the members, beginning with J-Hope, who is set to headline the closing night of Lolla...

Teen Singer Wins Golden Buzzer With Billie Eilish Cover on ‘America’s Got Talent’: Watch

Sara James isn’t the first person to go west in the pursuit of fame and glory. Few have come from central Europe at age 13 to compete in America’s Got Talent. James did just that. Hailing from Poland, James made herself at home on the AGT stage during the opening rounds on Tuesday night (June 14). So why complete a trans-Atlantic flight, only to compete with the might of the U.S. of A? Well, it’s often said dreams come true in America, and she simply wanted to be sure. Those dreams did come true when James auditioned with a Billie Eilish cover. Saucy Santana Blames Beyhive for Trying to ‘Ruin’ Him Over Old Tweets About Beyoncé & Blue Ivy

Saucy Santana has once again found himself on the receiving end of the Beyhive’s wrath over his old tweets about Beyoncé and Blue Ivy. The gay rapper went on a Twitter tirade Friday ahead of his concert in Queen Bey’s hometown of Houston, Texas, lashing out because the singer’s fervent fanbase wouldn’t let him forget about his controversial tweets from 2014. (At the time, he called a then-2-year-old Blue Ivy “nappy headed” and claimed he was “prettier” than her famous mom. And though he’s since deleted all the offensive tweets from his timeline, screenshots have been making the rounds on the social platform.) “Fake woke a– bi—es!!!! People don’t care about old tweets,” Santana fired off. “The internet have this weird thing with power! Thinking they have the power to cancel someone… NEWS FL...

Kate Bush’s “Running Up That Hill” Sprints to No. 4 on Billboard Hot 100

Kate Bush has run all the way up to a top 5 hit — no deals with God necessary. The English pop legend’s 1985 classic “Running Up That Hill (A Deal with God)” has peaked on the Billboard Hot 100 once again, this time at No. 4. Save for holiday hits, “Running Up That Hill” now also sets the record for the longest time period between a Hot 100 debut and cracking the Top 5 — 36 years, nine months, and two weeks to be exact. For some context, she’s now only surpassed by Harry Styles (“As It Was”), Jack Harlow (“First Class”), and Future (“Wait for U”) on the chart. “Running Up That Hill”‘s long-overdue resurgence was prompted by its sync in a recent episode of Netflix’s smash Stranger Things. A highlight of her masterpiece Hounds of Love, the track became Bush’s first Top 10 hit last week ...
