DENVER — Red Hot Chili Peppers frontman Anthony Kiedis announced the band’s second studio album of 2022, Return of the Dream Canteen, from the stage at a sold-out Empower Field at Mile High show on Saturday night. Kid Rock Fans Throw Temper Tantrum After Concert Canceled Due to Weather

A Kid Rock concert in Minot, North Dakota descended into pandemonium after severe weather prevented the Detroit rocker from taking the stage. News of the concert’s cancelation prompted the crowd to go into a full-blown meltdown, with audience members throwing beer cans at the stage. One attendee went as far as to rush the stage; he was promptly tackled by security and escorted from the venue in handcuffs (via TMZ). U2 to Open Las Vegas’ MSG Sphere in 2023: Report

U2 will open the all-new MSG Sphere in Las Vegas in 2023, marking the band’s first confirmed live performances in four years. Billboard reports that U2 will play several concerts at the venue over the course of the year. The dates are said to be non-consecutive and spread out over several months. Specific dates and ticketing information have not yet been revealed. The MSG Sphere is a 20,000-seat performance venue housed near The Venetian on the Vegas strip. With a price tag of $1.8 billion, the Sphere boasts 580,000 square feet of LED paneling, 170,000 ultra-directional speakers that utilize beamforming technology to deliver targeted audio to every seat in the venue, and a haptic flooring system, among many other features. Jack White has officially delivered his second album of 2022, as Entering Heaven Alive arrived on Friday (July 22). The album arrived via his own label, Third Man Records. Connecticut jam band Goose have added a new leg of fall tour dates as part of their ongoing tour. In the lead up to their two-weekend appearance at Austin City Limits, Goose will play headlining shows in Richmond, Atlanta, St. Louis, and New Orleans. They’ll also make stops in Fayettesville, Oklahoma City, and Dallas during the month of October. A pre-sale ticket request period is now ongoing through Wednesday, July 20th 5:00 p.m. local time, with a general on-sale set to take place on Friday, July 22nd at 10:00 a.m. local time.
