This year slippers have had something of a rebrand. This year working at home, I have been alternating between two pairs of shoes: my sparkly Ugg slippers and my Marks and Spencer ballet pumps that I’d argue are just as comfortable as the former. I’ve found myself wearing my ballet flats in working hours in an effort to “still get dressed” in the mornings without compromising on comfort.
