There’s nothing that blurs the line between frightening and fascinating quite like artificial intelligence. And since artificial intelligence and electronic music are becoming more symbiotic by the day, the staff here at EDM.com wanted to see just how far it could go in a visual sense. So we came up with bizarre descriptions of artists and fed them through A.I. art generators. Some images are photorealistic. Others are fancifully distorted. Esteemed digital artist FVCKRENDER has announced “LVCIDIA Experience,” offering an intimate glimpse into his namesake audiovisual metaverse experience during this year’s NFT.NYC conference. Netflix Enlists TOKiMONSTA, Alok More for Squid Game-Inspired EP: Listen

Netflix and Casablanca Records have joined forces to provide fans of Squid Game with a package of music inspired by the dystopian hit series. While we’ve received numerous unofficial remixes and bootlegs, the EP, entitled Squid Game (Let’s Play), features four official songs. Alok‘s cut is an amalgamation of two songs from the show: the unmistakable “Pink Soldiers” theme and the eerie tune from the iconic “Red Light, Green Light” scene. Peloton Inks Deal for David Bowie’s Music With Remixes From TOKiMONSTA, Honey Dijon and St. Vincent

At-home exercise company Peloton has announced that David Bowie‘s entire catalog will be added to its platform, alongside three new remixes from Honey Dijon, TOKiMONSTA, and St. Vincent. Starting January 19th, Peloton users will be able to break a sweat to Bowie’s classic genre-bending songs. The tracks receiving remix treatment from Honey Dijon, TOKiMONSTA, and St. Vincent are “Let’s Dance,” “Golden Years,” and “It’s No Game (No. 1),” respectively. With the David Bowie licensing partnership, Peloton created a series of custom workout classes that are soundtracked with Bowie’s greatest hits. IKEA’s First-Ever Music Festival to Feature TOKiMONSTA, Kaytranada, More

IKEA stans, hold on to your meatballs.  The furniture giant will host its first IKEA Festival on September 16th, bringing together a variety of musicians, designers, chefs and speakers for an immersive 24-hour event.
