Rosalía Announces 2022 “Motomami World Tour”
Rosalía is taking her incredible new album, Motomami, on an extensive world tour. The 15-country outing includes dates across North and South America, the UK, and Europe. Appropriately, the tour launches in Rosalía’s native Spain with a 10-date run in July. She’ll then play shows in Mexico and South America in August and early September, before embarking on a North American leg starting in Mid-September. The itinerary includes two nights each at Radio City Music Hall in New York and the YouTube Theater in Los Angeles, as well as stops in Toronto, Chicago, Houston, Atlanta, and Miami. To close out the year, Rosalía will headline concerts in Portugal, Germany, The Netherlands, the UK, and France. Check out the full itinerary below. PUP Add Dates to 2022 North American Headlining Tour
PUP have added a run of fall dates to their ongoing North American headlining tour. The new round of tour stops begins September 6th in Grand Rapids, Michigan and runs throughout the month with stops in Oklahoma City, New Orleans, Atlanta, Baltimore, and more before wrapping September 25th in Burlington, Vermont. Currently, the punk rockers are making their way through the West. This weekend they’re set to perform at The Van Buren in Phoenix followed by shows in San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Denver in the coming days. After finishing up this latest run of newly-announced dates, the band will also head overseas in October for the tour’s UK and European leg. OTTTO and Bastardane, Each Featuring the Son of a Metallica Member, Announce Co-Headlining 2022 Tour
Two bands that each feature the son of a Metallica member have announced a co-headlining 2022 US tour. OTTTO (with Robert Trujillo’s bassist son Tye Trujillo) and Bastardane (with James Hetfield’s drummer son Castor Hetfield) will hit the West Coast together beginning in late May. Both OTTTO and Bastardane played shows in San Francisco back in December as part of Metallica’s 40th anniversary celebration takeover in the city. Each band is set to perform at the previously announced BottleRock festival in Napa Valley on May 27th (Bastardane) and May 28th (OTTTO). After two postponements due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Deftones are finally set to kick off their North American tour with Gojira. Singer Chino Moreno expects the long-awaited excursion to be a cathartic experience after a couple of years off the road. Titled High School, the multi-hyphenate’s latest full-length is out on June 24th via Spacebomb Records, and today, we get to hear its lead single “Buddy.” Additionally, Heidecker has announced a North American tour for Summer 2022 featuring both his comedy and music. While much of Heidecker’s recent musical output has centered around the trials and tribulations of adulthood, High School — as its name implies — dials back the clock. Alice Cooper Announces Fall 2022 North American Tour
Alice Cooper will keep his show on the road this fall with a newly announced set of North American dates. The legendary shock rocker will embark on a month-long outing beginning in early September. Since the concert industry started to open back up last year, Cooper has been a road dog. He embarked on a Fall 2021 trek with support from Ace Frehley, and is currently in the midst of a spring run with openers Buckcherry (with Frehley taking over the support slot for the final three shows). Five Finger Death Punch have announced a 2022 US tour with Megadeth, The HU, and Fire From the Gods. In addition, FFDP have unveiled the title track from their upcoming album, AfterLife.
