The actions of many government officials may suggest otherwise, but the COVID-19 pandemic is far from over. John Mayer can certainly attest to this, as he has tested positive for COVID less than two months after pulling out of a Dead & Company festival appearance due to a positive test. “Whelp. More members of the band tested positive for Covid today, and I was one of them,” Mayer wrote in a statement posted on social media. “This means we have to reschedule the next four shows, which we’ve already rescheduled and posted above. I’m so sorry to make you change your plans.” The rescheduled concerts, which have been pushed to May, include a show in Pittsburgh and a two-night stand in Boston. BTS will head to Las Vegas this April for four big concerts. The aptly titled, “BTS PERMISSION TO DANCE ON STAGE – LAS VEGAS” will take place April 8th, 9th, 15th, and 16th at Allegiant Stadium. In order to purchase tickets, fans must either be a member of BTS’ Global Official Fanclub ARMY, or register for Ticketmaster’s Verified Fan Pre-Sale. The registration period is now ongoing, with tickets available starting March 3rd. The Smashing Pumpkins have announced 2022 dates for their “Rock Invasion 2 Tour.” Though the tour shares the same name as the band’s postponed 2020 trek, many of the original dates have not been rescheduled. Instead, the Pumpkins will play shows in cities such as Tucson, Oklahoma City, New Orleans, Birmingham, Greensboro, and Columbus over the course of the 18-date jaunt. Justin Bieber has tested positive for the coronavirus. According to reporting by TMZ, a spokesperson for the singer confirmed to the outlet that he had fallen ill with the virus, but is feeling on the mend. However, the crooner’s diagnosis has forced him to push back his planned concert at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas on Sunday night to sometime later this summer. Later this week, Bieber’s ongoing “Justice World Tour” is scheduled to continue with performances in Glendale, Ariz.; Los Angeles; and Tacoma, Wash.
