Report: Championship club keen to sign £25m Everton forward in January

According to The Sun, English Championship outfit Middlesbrough are plotting a move for Everton winger Yannick Bolasie ahead of the January transfer window. Boro manager Neil Warnock was keen to bring the 31-year-old to Riverside during the last summer transfer window, but the move fell through on transfer deadline day. Bolasie isn’t in the plans of Everton boss Carlo Ancelotti and wasn’t included in the club’s 25-man Premier League squad. The Italian has told him to leave, and while he has continued to train with the team, an exit is very much on the cards next month. The winger joined Everton from Crystal Palace for £25 million in the summer of 2016, but has only played 32 games since his arrival. An anterior cruciate ligament injury ruled him out of action between December 2016 and Dece...

Report: Liverpool identify Portuguese as No.1 option to replace Wijnaldum

According to le10sport, Liverpool are keeping tabs on Lille midfielder Renato Sanches and will look to bring him to Anfield next month should Georginio Wijnaldum leave. The Dutchman has around six months left on his current deal with the Reds, and both parties haven’t been able to reach an agreement. Liverpool will lose Wijnaldum for nothing in the summer if he doesn’t sign a new deal, and the English Premier League defending champions could be forced to cash in on him when the January transfer window opens, with Barcelona keen to sign him. They aren’t ruling that option out from the look of things, and it appears that they have a contingency plan in place. Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp is aware of the quality of the Ligue 1 and he is a fan of Sanches as his style of play appeals to him v...

‘Tremendous movement’: Popular pundit urges Everton to sign 24 y/o ‘good finisher’

Former Liverpool midfielder turned popular football pundit Danny Murphy has suggested that Everton should look to sign Dele Alli from Tottenham Hotspur. The 24-year-old has dropped down the pecking order at Spurs under Jose Mourinho, and he has managed only one Premier League start all season. The England international only made his third Premier League appearance this season last week when he came on as a substitute in the 1-1 draw against Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park. From being a superstar at the club, Alli has become a bit-part player at Spurs, and he has even struggled to manage regular appearances in the Europa League as well. Mourinho is hardly convinced with him, and there are suggestions that Spurs could allow him to leave the club in January on loan. Alli needs to play regular...

Under Diego Simeone, he has emerged as one of the world’s most promising young talents, scoring eight and assisting two this season. Joao Felix is one of football’s brightest young talents During Saturday’s Madrid derby, the Portugal international was substituted on the hour mark, with Atletico Madrid trailing 1-0. Felix reacted to this decision with visible frustration, kicking a chair before sitting down. ‘Would be a great move’: Some Man Utd fans react to latest transfer rumour

Manchester United defender Brandon Williams has struggled for games this season, and he could leave the club on loan in January.  According to reports from the Telegraph, Southampton are keen to sign the England Under-21 full-back on loan next month. The 20-year-old was targeted by the Saints during the summer transfer window as well. However, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer blocked the move at that time. United bolstered their left-back areas having signed Alex Telles from Porto on the deadline day in October. As a result, Williams has dropped further down the pecking order and has managed only six minutes of Premier League football so far. The Telegraph claims that United are open to letting Williams spend the second half of the season on loan. Newcastle United are also interest...

Report: Leeds could reignite interest in 23 y/o target in January…but there’s one condition

Leeds United could make another attempt to sign Daniel James from Manchester United during the January transfer window, according to reports from The Telegraph. The Whites showed interest in signing James during the summer transfer window, but the move didn’t materialise due to United not signing a right winger and Leeds ended up signing Raphinha instead. With Leeds struggling at the moment, Marcelo Bielsa could look to bolster his attacking areas, and the Whites may test United’s resolve regarding the Welsh winger. However, the deal is dependant on whether United could bring Amad Diallo to Old Trafford. The Red Devils secured a £37.2m deal with Atalanta for Diallo in October, and the club hope the 18-year-old Ivory Coast winger will be able to join Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s squad in the comi...

Milan line up loan move for Arsenal midfielder

Arsenal midfielder Lucas Torreira could be set for a return back to Serie A, with league leaders AC Milan reportedly monitoring his current situation. The Uruguayan joined the Gunners in the summer transfer window of 2018, and became an instant hit with the fans, scoring the fourth in a 4-2 victory against bitter rivals Tottenham Hotspur. However, things have gone a bit sour since then, and he has since been loaned out to Atletico Madrid in a deal which saw Thomas Partey move in the opposite direction. Torreira’s time at the Wanda Metropolitano hasn’t worked out as he’d have hoped, making just two starts for Los Rojiblancos in all competitions. And now it seems as if his spell in La Liga is coming to an end, with Milan Live reporting that Diego Simeone is ready to cancel his loan deal. The...

The Londoners have done well in the Premier League so far and they are expected to challenge for the title. It remains to be seen whether the England international can reclaim his starting berth in the coming weeks. According to the Mirror, Everton are prepared to make a move for Alli once the transfer window opens in January. Alli was one of the brightest young talents in England when Mauricio Pochettino was in charge of Tottenham and he needs to play regular first-team football in order to realise his potential. Journalist claims what Man Utd have decided about signing £38m Liverpool target

Manchester United are no longer interested in signing Dayot Upamecano, according to reports from The Athletic. David Ornstein has claimed that United and Bayern Munich have recently emerged as the most ‘credible’ destination for the 22-year-old centre-back. However, United have surprisingly cooled their interest in the Frenchman who has a €42m (£38) million release clause that comes into effect once the season is over. It means any potential suitor would try to secure the signing of Upamecano next summer instead of signing him in the January transfer window. Central defence is one of the areas that United will be looking to bolster next summer. The likes of Eric Bailly, Marcos Rojo and Phil Jones have hardly made any impact under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, and the club should be looki...

The physically imposing midfielder was heavily linked with Arsenal and Leicester City in the summer but he chose to stay at the Italian club eventually. Latest reports (via The Sun) claim that Roma are now prepared to cash in on the midfielder next month and he could be available for a fee of just £15 million. Diawara has not been a key player for Roma this season and he has made just two appearances in the League for the Italians. The midfielder arrived with a big reputation from Napoli last summer but he has failed to establish himself as a key first-team star at Roma. It is evident that Roma are looking to cu...
