Kristian Paredes, who attended the concert in Houston, Texas on Friday (November 5) where the calamitous crowd caused a stampede that crushed and injured many and killed eight people, filed the lawsuit against the rappers in addition to Live Nation Entertainment Inc. and Harris County Sports and Convention Corporation. Travis Scott to Cover Funeral Expenses of Astroworld Victims

Two days after the Astroworld tragedy that left eight dead, Travis Scott said that he will cover the funeral expenses for the victims. Scott is also teaming with BetterHelp through his Cactus Jack Foundation to offer counseling for a month to those affected by the tragedy. Earlier on Monday, Scott dropped off the Day N Vegas lineup and will refund all attendees of Astroworld. People close to Scott said he is “too distraught to play” the festival. Travis Scott is being sued by a concertgoer who was injured during the Astroworld tragedy on Friday night, which left eight people dead and hundreds more injured.
