Challenge Couple Jenna Compono And Zach Nichols Say ‘I Do’ (Again!)

Jenna Compono and Zach Nichols held a “mini personal wedding” in Michigan last March because they did not know “how the world is going to be next year.” Fast-forward to this past weekend: The Battle of the Exes 2 couple, who got engaged at the Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree in December 2019, celebrated their “big one” with family (including their son Anthony), friends and fellow Challenge costars (including bridesmaid Nany Gonzalez) on April 2 in New York. “It was worth the wait,” Jenna told Us Weekly. “It’s something you really only get to do once, so I wanted everything the way I imagined it and thanks to my planner, Kristin from Eventful Days, our wedding exceeded my expectations.” She added, “This wedding was so speci...

Harrison Ford Set for First-Ever Recurring TV Role in New Comedy from Ted Lasso Writers

Believe it or not, Harrison Ford is about to star in his first-ever recurring TV series role. The Indiana Jones icon will hit the small screen alongside Jason Segel in Shrinking, a forthcoming Apple TV+ comedy from a pair of Ted Lasso alums: co-creator Bill Lawrence and writer Brett Goldstein, who also stars as Roy Kent. Ford will play a down-to-earth therapist named Dr. Phil Rhodes, whose recent Parkinson’s diagnosis pushes him outside his comfort zone in terms of both his career and relationships. He shares a practice with his protégé Jimmy (Segel), who decides to abandon his previous training and ethics and tell his clients exactly what he thinks — for better or worse. Segal, Lawrence, and Goldstein will all write and serve as executive producers. Shri...

David Duchovny Gets a Little Deep About Working With Judd Apatow on The Bubble

For decades now, David Duchovny hasn’t been afraid to poke a little fun at his own image. The veteran TV star has peppered his career with roles in which he satirizes the nature of being “David Duchovny,” most recently seen in the first season of the Netlfix series The Chair, in which he satirized himself with aching attention to details like his recent literary and musical efforts. But as he tells Consequence, taking on the role of “David Duchovny” was a very different experience from his role in The Bubble, the new Netflix comedy directed and co-written by Judd Apatow. The Bubble tracks a pandemic-era cast and crew assembling to film the latest installment of a fictional blockbuster franchise called Cliff Beasts 6, with Duchovny playing Dustin Mulray, one of the film’s stars, whose compl...

The Crash of the Unicorns

And here we have it, gather around, gather around, for the new American Dream — no no, you’ve not misheard, it is not dead, it has just been repackaged, refreshed and is still equally out of reach for most. Lean in, and listen up: all you do is take a company with an ad agency delivered logo, and value it at whatever you would like — just ensure that you like it above $1 billion. Next, you can quickly scramble to get that initial public offering on the New York Stock Exchange followed by a massive party with circus animals, prostitutes and Ketamine. And bingo, here we are. Welcome ladies and gentleman, we present the so-called Unicorn. But unicorns tap into another American pastime, the snake eating its own tail. That eternal cycle of building up to unattainability, and then the crass hand...

Better Call Saul Season 6 Review: The Beginning of the End Is As Exquisitely Stressful As Ever

The Pitch: “Meticulous.” “Chilling.” “Engrossing.” There are so many words that come to mind when sitting down with a new installment of Better Call Saul, the Breaking Bad spin-off which has somehow soared to a whole new tier of quality over the years. No spoilers (for fear of the Salamancas knocking at the door), but it can be said that the first two episodes of Season 6 keep this proud tradition going. As the show gears up for its last hurrah (the first seven episodes of the final season debut starting Monday, April 18th, with the second half of the season returning in July), every element of one of TV’s best-made shows is working hard to invest us in so many of the show’s biggest questions, including the most important one of all: How’s it going to end? Where Were We? Season 5 of Saul e...

Jimmy Fallon and Jimmy Kimmel Trade Shows for April Fools’ Day: Watch

Jimmy Fallon and Jimmy Kimmel took April Fools’ Day to a whole new level this year. Switching coasts and networks, the comedians traded late night shows for the evening, with Fallon hosting Jimmy Kimmel Live! and Kimmel hosting The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.  While the bit is funny to rewatch on YouTube, it’s especially entertaining to see the reactions of the shows’ studio audiences, who received the prank in real time. The Jimmy Kimmel Live! audience went especially nuts for Fallon, who quipped, “Please, please please, settle down, you’re going to offend the other Jimmy!” Kimmel had the same thought, asking Fallon’s audience, “Show of hands: How many of you are disappointed? Be honest.” During their monologues, the pair chatted via satellite about the Freaky ...

Ex On The Beach Exploration: Will Arisce Convince Mike To Have An Open Relationship?

Ex on the Beach may center on the art of circling back with former flames, but it was a love triangle that had the house hung up on the Season 5 premiere. Now, as exes continue to storm the cast’s summer getaway house, the question is: Will Arisce, David and Mike find harmony as occasionally intersecting free agents, or will two strike a stronger spark that leaves the third out in the cold? On the premiere episode of the dating show’s latest season, former cast members from The Challenge, Big Brother, Love Island and more gathered in paradise with a single objective in mind: Decide whether to revisit relationships with exes who had scorned them, or move on and seek dates or hookups with other partners. For someone like Da’Vonne, that meant determining whether to seek a more adventurous sid...

Barely 48 hours after Sam said he “doesn’t see a future” with the swimwear designer, photos emerged on social media of him hanging out with multiple girls — and everyone saw them. Cue classic Cara: “I’m surprised that Sam’s been posting all of that. It wasn’t even like a week. He Snapchats with a new chick every 20 minutes.” Jordana speculated that he’d been “flying them in from other places” — including Meghan, a blonde model from a far-a...
