Godzilla TV Series Coming to Apple TV+
The MonsterVerse is expanding to the small screen. Fresh off the franchise’s 2021 film Godzilla vs. Kong, Apple TV+ has ordered a live-action series centered on Godzilla and the Titans. Per Deadline, the as-yet-untitled series will be produced by Legendary Television and executive produced by Matt Fraction and showrunner Chris Black. As for its plot, the show offers a human twist on the monster saga, following the journey of a family living among the Titans. Throughout the series, they’ll uncover a buried family history linking them to the government agency Monarch. Joshua Jackson to Star in Fatal Attraction TV Remake
Back in November, Paramount+ announced a remake of Fatal Attraction that’ll build the 1987 psychosexual thriller into an episodic series. Today, the studio announced that they’ve found their Dan Gallagher in Joshua Jackson. Jackson will star opposite Lizzy Caplan as Alex, a woman who becomes obsessed with Dan, a successful and married lawyer, after the two have a brief affair. Arthur to Conclude with Four Episodes Depicting Characters as Adults
Arthur will end its record-breaking run as the longest-running children’s animated series in history with four episodes depicting the show’s characters as adults. PBS will air the episodes at the conclusion of a six-day marathon taking place between February 16th and 21st. All 250 episodes and movies will be shown in sequential order in the lead up to the premiere of the final four episodes on February 21st. Based on Marc Brown’s children’s books of the same name, Arthur first premiered in 1996 and aired a total of 25 seasons. Ahead of The Boys returning for Season 3 this summer, Amazon Prime Video has set the release date for the decidedly NSFW animated spinoff titled Diabolical. Check out the teaser trailer below ahead of its premiere on March 4th. The brief clip focuses on Laser Baby, who accidentally turns a team of soldiers into a pile of organs after an errant sneeze. Clearly, the series shares plenty of DNA with its source material.
