‘Put The Kid First!’: Taylor And Larry Clash At Teen Mom OG Reunion

The tension was palpable when Maci, Taylor, Jen and Larry convened at the Teen Mom OG reunion. And Part 1 ended with the two men exchanging heated language about Ryan and Bentley as the women tried to calm their significant others. “Put the kid first!” Taylor screamed, as the message “to be continued” flashed on the screen when the episode ended. It remains to be seen if the temperature can be lowered, but the sitdown — moderated by hosts Dr. Drew and Nessa from another studio — began to escalate when Larry stated that “a 12-year-old can be manipulated.” “Watching the show and kind of hearing and seeing how they were feeling, it was kind of shocking to me,” Maci admitted. “I did not realize that the feelings and the [belief]...

Chiara Aurelia Is The Cruel Summer Star With A Flair For ’90s Style

By Kim Hoyos As with any good thriller, the strength of Cruel Summer — a tangle of lies and secrets that envelops the fictional Texas town of Skylin — is its chilling, nail-biting suspense. Even the actress Chiara Aurelia, who stars as Jeanette, a teen the series follows across three harrowing years, was kept in the dark as filming began. Rather than reveal the ending, producers sprinkled cryptic hints for the actors to puzzle-piece together. With the cast scrambling to decide for themselves what was real and who could be trusted, that curious tension translated to the screen. “I didn’t find out the ending until about a week or two before I received the tenth episode,” Aurelia tells MTV News. “I was so shocked and excited.” The show takes place in the warm months of 19...

Jackson (reprising his landmark Nick Fury) and Ben Mendelsohn (the Skrull Talos from Captain Marvel) in the series, as well as One Night...

<span class="localtime" data-ltformat="F j, Y | g:ia" data-lttime="2021-04-19T21:30:25+00:00“>April 19, 2021 | 5:30pm ET The Pitch: It’s The Mighty Ducks with high school girls’ basketball instead of hockey, as an hourlong TV show instead of a movie. Another Underdog Story: That pitch may seem reductive, but Big Shot really doesn’t have much on its mind — at least in the three episodes made available to critics — aside from being a redemption story with youth sports as the backdrop, as a plucky, young team turns its prospects around thanks to a new coach who doesn’t really want to be there. A major difference is in the ages of the students. Whereas the original Mighty Ducks were pre-teens, the players here are teenagers, thus enabling co-creator David E...

Sunday’s episode titled “Panic on the Streets of Springfield” saw Lisa become obsessed with a British singer named Quilloughby, whose likeness and persona was inspired by Morrissey. Lisa discovers Quilloughby and his band The Snuffs on a streaming service, and immediately becomes enthralled with “their brand of literate, sardonic music” and his “militant vegetarianism.” Quilloughby, who was voiced by Benedict Cumberbatch, soon appears in Lisa’s life in imaginary form — albeit as his 1980s self. However, after Lisa has an opportuni...

Twenty-five years after making the game-winning shot in a high school basketball tournament, she’s now a police detective and local savior of sorts. But community faith in Mare is beginning to wane as she has not been able to find Katie Bailey (Caitlin Houlahan) a young mother who disappeared and is presumed dead.
