Porsche is marking a monumental milestone in automotive history, celebrating the 90th birthday of Prof. Ferdinand Alexander (F. A.) Porsche — the visionary mind behind the silhouette of the original 911. To honor his legacy, the brand has introduced the 911 GT3 90 F. A. Porsche, an ultra-exclusive collector’s edition limited to just 90 units worldwide.
Based on the 911 GT3 with Touring Package, this commemorative model swaps overt track aggression for a more refined, heritage-inspired aesthetic. Under the hood, it retains the legendary 4.0L naturally aspirated flat-six engine, delivering a visceral 510 PS and a top speed of 313 km/h. The exterior is finished in the bespoke F. A. Greenmetallic, a custom “Paint to Sample Plus” shade developed with the Porsche family to replicate the Oak Green 911 driven by F. A. himself. Unique Sport Classic wheels in satin-gloss black and gold-plated badges further distinguish this machine as a rolling piece of history.
The interior is a Masterclass in personal storytelling. The seats feature the “F. A. Grid-Weave” fabric—a five-color pattern inspired by the designer’s favorite sports coat—paired with rich Truffle Brown Club Leather. Even the gear knob is a work of art, crafted from open-pore walnut plywood to reflect F. A.’s appreciation for honest, functional materials. Every purchase includes a matching Chronograph 1 watch and a premium leather weekender bag, ensuring the F. A. Porsche lifestyle extends beyond the driver’s seat. The car is available for order starting in April 2026.
