Universal Pictures has debuted the official teaser for Steven Spielberg’s upcoming sci-fi film, Disclosure Day.
The two-minute teaser hints at a plot wherein the existence of extraterrestrial life is proven. “If you found out we weren’t alone, if someone showed you, proved it to you, would that frighten you? This summer, the truth belongs to seven billion people,” the description read. “We are coming close to… Disclosure Day.”
Spielberg’s latest title will star Emily Blunt as a Kansas City weatherwoman, Josh O’Connor, Colin Firth, Eve Hewson and Colman Domingo. David Koepp wrote the screenplay based on an original story by the director himself. The film was named as one of Hypebeast’s most hyped movies of 2026.
