In a recent red carpet interview, Tom Cruise seemed caught off guard when asked about something other than his typical focus on “making movies.” After an E! News host asked a softball question about his ideal Father’s Day, the father of three children vaguely responded, “Just having fun.” He then quickly pivoted to his familiar platitudes about “making movies, big adventures, and having a great time.”
Cruise’s children are all from his former marriages: Isabella (32), and Connor (30) with Nicole Kidman and Suri (19) with Katie Holmes. It has been widely reported that he became estranged from Suri following his divorce from Holmes.
At least he has the consolation of landing high on our list of the Best Action Stars of All Time.
