“The All-American Halftime Show,” featuring what certainly looked like a lip-syncing Kid Rock performing as part of a reportedly pre-taped event from a sound stage in Atlanta, Georgia, was a resounding success, according to Turning Point USA. So much so, in fact, that the organization plans to stage a similar halftime show next year.
Turning Point USA touted the fact that the event has received over 20 million views on social media as the basis for its return in 2027. “That’s a shot across the bow, people are paying attention,” spokesperson Andrew Kolvet said in an interview with Fox News.
“The All-American Halftime Show” seemed to have little impact on Bad Bunny’s own halftime performance at Super Bowl LX, which is projected to break last year’s record audience of 133.5 million viewers.
