The First PlaqueBoyMax x Concrete Boys Collab Tape Has Landed on Streaming

Summary

  • PlaqueBoyMax dropped off the first round of songs recorded on In The Booth with the Concrete Boys: Lil Yachty, Camo!, Draft Day, and Dc2trill
  • The group recorded six tracks on the 11-hour stream, but this tape only included four of them
  • Dubbed fivestarcrete, the included songs include “GO,” “Big Spender,” “It’s Us,” and “Life Is Proper”

After a month-long streaming hiatus, PlaqueBoyMax returned, strapped with a rock-solid group of collaborators. Backed by the Lil Yachty-led Concrete Boys collective – featuring Dc2trill, Camo!, and Draft Day – the five rappers got in the booth for an 11-hour stream in Los Angeles to record a handful of collaborative tracks. The first bunch of those songs has been officially released and is now available to stream on DSPs.

Landing eight days after the In The Booth episode premiered, the first collab tape from the group spans four of the six tracks recorded on the livestream. The tracklist kicks off with “GO,” followed by “Big Spender” and “It’s Us.” All three of those tracks feature all four of the Concrete Boys, with Max even jumping in for a verse on the second song. Closing track “Life Is Proper” is just Lil Yachty.

1. GO (feat. Lil Yachty, Dc2trill, Camo! & Draft Day)
2. Big Spender (feat. Lil Yachty, Dc2trill, Camo! & Draft Day)
3. It’s Us (feat. Lil Yachty, Dc2trill, Camo! & Draft Day)
4. Life Is Proper (feat. Lil Yachty)

fivestarcrete marks the first long-form release from the Concrete Boys since their debut project, It’s Us: Vol. 1, released in April of 2024.

Stream the mixtape on all major streaming services now, and stay tuned for more updates on the official release of the rest of the collaborative tracks made on last week’s stream.
