Britney Spears has entered rehab for substance abuse issues, according to TMZ.
The 44-year-old singer reportedly checked into a treatment facility voluntarily in recent days after encouragement from her family.
Last month, Spears was arrested for DUI in Ventura County, California. She is scheduled to appear in court on May 4th.
