In a new interview with Joe Rock of Long Island’s rock station 102.3 WBAB, WHITESNAKE frontman David Coverdale was asked about the apparent lack of humor in the band’s lyrics. David responded: “Well, it’s interesting, because particularly now, I’m very active on social media. I know, just from e-mails that we receive and positive messages, a lot of the stuff I post puts a much-needed smile or gives somebody a laugh or touches a nerve. David Coverdale (WHITESNAKE), Gavin Rossdale(BUSH), Gary Holt (EXODUS, SLAYER), WARRANT, Jason Bonham, John Corabi (ex-MÖTLEY CRÜE) and Vernon Reid (LIVING COLOUR) are among the rockers who have reacted on social media to the passing of Sean Connery. The Scottish actor, who was best known for his portrayal of James Bond, died Friday night (October 30) at the age of 90. Connery appeared in seven Bond films and won an Oscar in 1988 for his role in “The Untouchables”. Walking out to an orange haze and while letting out a guttural scream as to start and he ran through his entire Superbloom on Friday (Oct. 30), which ran for a little under an hour. The livestream was a concert experience that ran through the album from start to finish.
