The two are now in a legal dispute and Pink has filed an action to claim that Pharrell's attempt to trademark "P.Inc" will cause confusion with her own name an subsequently damager her business.The legal paperwork indicates that the Pink had registered the "PINK" trademark in 2001 and believes that "P.Inc" could "cause confusion, mistake and/or deception" amongst people.
