The DC Studios co-chairman and co-CEO has taken to Instagram to share a selfie of himself in the reflection of Peacemaker's signature helmet to announce that the show upcoming season is finally in production. Star Trek keeps moving further and further back in time. The space franchise is constantly growing – it counts 13 movies and the original Star Trek TV show has quite literally been renamed Star Trek: The Original Series to differentiate it from all its spin-offs.The latest addition to the Star Trek saga, however, arrives in the form of a film. The news was announced at Paramount CinemaCon and while there aren’t any specific plot details, the movie will serve as a prequel to 2009’s Star Trek, which was directed by J.J. Leading the box office with a record $25 million USD for the studio, the film, led by Kirsten Dunst is A24's first movie at No. 1 on the charts. Kendrick Lamar has been in the new quite a bit lately, with his alleged feud with Drake and J.Cole. Now, he is shifting the focus away from his music with the announcement of his live-action comedy film with South Park co-creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone. Alongside Dave Free as well, the new live-action comedy is receiving a summer release date, later next year.Set to be distributed by Paramount Pictures, the live-action comedy is written by Vernon Chatman.
