The Eric Andre Show Back for Season 6 With Guests Tinashe, Diplo, Rico Nasty, and More

The Eric Andre Show will return to Adult Swim for its sixth season in 2023, the network announced today (May 18). Guests will include Tinashe, Diplo, Rico Nasty, Natasha Lyonne, Jaleel White, Blac Chyna, Jon Hamm, Raven-Symoné, Daymond John, Meagan Good, Waka Flocka Flame, Cypress Hill, Lil Yachty and “a host of other celebrities so big we legally can’t use them in promotions,” the press release jokes. Eric André said in the press release, “Expect more deranged pranks, fire, and chaos in Season 666 with a jam-packed schedule of celebrities I can’t believe agreed to this.” Kitao Sakurai and Jeff Tremaine directed the new season. Angel Olsen has released the third single from her forthcoming album Big Time. Saudi Arabia Is Now Nintendo’s Fifth-Largest Shareholder Following a $3 Billion USD Buy-In

Saudi Arabia has just become Nintendo‘s fifth-largest shareholder. According to Bloomberg, a filing in Japan from the video game giant revealed that the Saudi Arabia Public Investment Fund has purchased a 5.01% stake in the company worth $2.98 billion USD, making the $500 billion USD fund Nintendo’s fifth-largest stakeholder. The new investment comes following similar purchases throughout recent years. In 2020, the fund spent roughly the same amount to purchase smaller stakes in FIFA publisher Electronic Arts, Call of Duty and Diablo studio Activision Blizzard and Grand Theft Auto and Red Dead Redemption developer Take-Two Interactive while owning almost the entirety of Metal Slug and King of Fighters creator SNK. Sacha Baron Cohen Teams With ‘King of the Hill’ Creators for Animated Special

Sacha Baron Cohen and King of the Hill creators Greg Daniels and Mike Judge have teamed up to develop an animated special for HBO Max and Cartoon Network. Entitled Chelm: The Smartest Place, the upcoming “family-oriented” project was created alongside Nathan for You’s Michael Koman and will reportedly feature Cohen as the narrator. Earlier this month, Warner Bros. Discovery announced that the live-action adaptation of Wonder Twins has been scrapped. The news comes just a month after KJ Apa and Isabel May were announced to play the lead roles in the DC Comics film. Now, Variety has learned that Warner Bros. It has just been reported that both Martin Shkreli and Billy McFarland have just received reduced sentences and have been released from prison early. McFarland, Fyre Festival founder, was originally sentenced to six years in 2018 but has now been moved to a halfway house where he must wait in community confinement until his full release. “Pharma Bro” Martin Shkreli originally saw a seven-year sentence for securities fraud in 2018 but that time has also been reduced where he was released from the Federal Correctional Institution Allenwood Low to community confinement on Wednesday.
