TED NUGENT Calls Vaccinated People ‘Stupid’, Likens Them To Sheep (Video)

Ted Nugent has once again said that he won’t take the COVID-19 vaccine because the shots that are available in the United States were developed in less than a year are probably fake. Like antivaccine activists, talk show hosts, and far-right politicians, Ted — who spoke openly about his battle with COVID-19 six months ago — has made the vaccines’ “experimental” nature a talking point. During an October 1 appearance on “Off The Record”, a weekly coverage of Michigan’s governor’s office, the state legislature, the political campaign trail and state government, Ted said (as transcribed by BLABBERMOUTH.NET): “I actually think that the COVID-19 might be a weaponized virus created in Wuhan [China] by Barack Obama, Nancy Pelosi and [Doctor Ant...

Alice and his solo band played their first concert in a year and a half on September 17 at Ovation Hall at Ocean Casino Resort in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Prior to the Atlantic City show, Cooper told Ultimate Classic Rock about returning to the road: “Everyone’s trying to remember where everything is, all the little moves. It’s really just getting your wings back. I think everyone’s just happy to get back on stage — it’s almost to the point of being giddy. It’s just about getting back on the boards and feeling comfortable with the show, and then all of a sudden you go, ‘Oh ye...

Dave Grohl Has “Many Ideas” for Alternative ‘Nevermind’ Album Art

Dave Grohl has revealed that he has thought of “many ideas” for an alternate cover for Nirvana‘s Nevermind album, shortly after Spencer Elden, the baby who appears on the album art, sued the band for child sexual exploitation. The Foo Fighters frontman and former Nirvana drummer hinted to The Times that while nothing is set in stone, they will hopefully be able to clear this lawsuit. “I have many ideas of how we should alter that cover but we’ll see what happens,” Grohl said. “We’ll let you know. I’m sure we’ll come up with something good.” He added, “I think that there’s much more to look forward to and much more to life than getting bogged down in those kinds of things. And, fortunately, I don’t have to do the paperwork.” In late August, Elden filed a lawsuit against Nirvana, its survivi...

Austin City Limits 2021 Weekend 1 Recap: St. Vincent, Tyler, the Creator, Doja Cat and More Highlights

Some foreboding news arrived Friday morning (October 1st) of Austin City Limits‘ first weekend after two years away: heavy overnight rains in Austin forced organizers to cancel the first two hours of the fest, effectively eliminating most local talent, and push door time back to 3:00 p.m. With the memory of Bonnaroo’s recent cancellation due to flooding from Hurricane Ida still lingering and predictions that more storms were coming, there was a veritable moment of fear that we were witnessing the doom of another fest. And to make matters worse, it would have nothing to do COVID-19 safety, which was handled masterfully (though vaccination and test results checks did cause annoying waits on Day 1) — why the cruel irony, Mother Nature? Why?! Then, in twist of good luck, the torrential downpou...

So if you don’t mind, we gon’ do something special for y’all. Never before, never seen, Snoop Dogg and Shaq. Let’s go.” Striding onto the stage in a spiffy maroon sports jacket, Shaq proceeded to admirably take on the classic hip-hop track, which was released on Dr. Dre’s debut ...

That will continue with the “Good to See You” tour. Via Loudwire, the set will “faithfully recount the events of his life in the brief pre-COVID period since the last tour and when things got even stranger over the last several months,” according to a statement. “It’s been an interesting time to say the least and he’s got some great stories to tell.” The trek kicks off on March 12th in Royal Oak, Michigan.
