Liverpool make enquiry for 27-yr-old, Klopp wanted him in 2016 as well
Liverpool have been linked with a move for the Poland international Piotr Zielinski. According to Calciomercato, Jurgen Klopp has made an enquiry for the Napoli midfielder and the Reds are not the only club keeping tabs on the 27-year-old. Apparently, Manchester City have asked for information regarding the player as well. Liverpool were linked with a move for Zielinski a few years ago but the midfielder chose to join Napoli instead. The Reds went on to sign Gini Wijnaldum and the Dutchman proved to be a fantastic servant for the club over the years. Wijnaldum recently left the club on a free transfer to join Paris Saint-Germain. SWAN wants sports ministry, NFF to immortalise Muda Lawal
The Sports Writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN), Oyo State Chapter, has urged the Ministry of Sports and the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) to immortalise the late Green Eagles midfield player, Mudasiru Lawal. In a statement issued on Tuesday in Ibadan and jointly signed by Niyi Alebiosu and Adewale Tijani, its Chairman and Secretary respectively, the association said that national team and IICC Shooting Stars player deserved to be immortalised.
