As the Lexus LFA approaches its tenth birthday, it seems that numerous examples are starting to appear on the second-hand resell market — such as this 2012 example that sold for $808,000 USD just last month — and now another, even rarer example has sold through RM Sotheby’s for $1.6m USD. German car manufacturer Dembell is launching the Actros, a new luxury RV nicknamed the “land yacht.” The motorhome sports a sleek dark grey exterior with red racing stripes and logos decorating the laterals and rear. Japanese automaker Subaru has given its Forester a more aggressive makeover, creating a sportier look for the more adventurous drivers out there. With most of the changes made to the front end of the crossover, Subaru has tweaked the shaping of the headlights to be more squared and angular, paired aggressively with DRL brows that link up with a completely redesigned, rugged grille for a truly offroad look. Available in 48-volt mild-hybrid gasoline or diesel engines, the new C-Class All-Terrain gives offroading a luxurious spin with the interior you’d expect from the German automaker’s line while outfitting the vehicle with plenty of performance tech. Unveiling the lightest road car in its history, McLaren introduces the new Elva roadster. The car features an open-cockpit design with no roof or side windows. The two-seater has a bespoke carbon fiber chassis and celebrates the 1960s McLaren Elva sports cars that were designed by Bruce McLaren. Additionally, the car contains one-of-a-kind carbon fiber seats and sintered carbon fiber brakes. The car includes two versions: one with a windshield and one without. To celebrate the DBX’s launch, Aston Martin has tapped Oscar-nominated Italian director Luca Guadagnino and assembled an all-star crew of British creatives for a short film that shows the car’s mixture of luxury and strength. General Motors (GM) on Thursday announced that it will equip its 2024 model vehicles with 5G connectivity provided by AT&T. The fast-speed network is expected to improve roadway-centric coverage, provide faster, more reliable over-the-air software updates, faster music and video downloads with higher quality and faster navigation, mapping and voice services. “GM and AT&T are working together to set the benchmark for automotive connectivity with a fifth-generation cellular network architecture to meet the needs of an all-electric and autonomous future,” the companies said in a statement.
