Details of Acura’s swan song NSX Type S have official been revealed. Said to be the “quickest, most powerful and best-handling production NSX ever,” the final NSX Type S supercar boasts a 3.5-liter twin-turbo engine that makes about 600 horsepower and 492lb-ft of torque. Other performance tweaks include faster shift times, reworked gear ratios, improved battery efficiency, new intercoolers, and upgraded fuel injectors. Back in June, LEGO revealed a 299-piece replica of the Toyota GR Supra as part of its Speed Champions Summer 2021 series. To celebrate the 35th-anniversary of the iconic GR Supra nameplate (formerly known as the Celica Supra), LEGO has now taken it a step further, assembling a 1:1 life-size model of the car consisting of 477,303 LEGO blocks and weighing in at 4,156 pounds (1,640 kilograms). A 1995 McLaren F1 road car, described by the company as a “time capsule,” set a record auction price of $20.465 million USD at Gooding & Company’s Pebble Beach Auctions on Saturday. Bugatti first unveiled its Bolide hyper sports car concept in October of 2020, which was quickly followed by a real-life edition the following month. Now the car manufacturer has revealed that Bolide will indeed hit the streets with production already underway. However, the hyper car’s production will be a limited edition run of 40 units. The automotive spectacle packs a punch with a quad-turbo eight-liter W16 engine with 1,825 HP. Also, the car’s power output is 1,600 PS, 1,600-newton meters of torque and 2,2250 rpm. Aston Martin recently unveiled its Valkyrie Spider, becoming the third model of the Valkyrie family. The update expands the original model by removing the roof and tweaking the doors. The Valkyrie was Aston Martin’s first-ever hypercar and the updated model still features a lot of the same specifications. The aerodynamic car boasts 1,140 horsepower with a 6.5-liter V12 engine and 11,000 rpm. The Valkyrie has a top speed of over 217 mph when the roof is attached and over 205 mph when the roof is removed.
