The plot is set in motion when a young couple, played by Charles Melton and Cailee Spaeny, witness an explosive argument between their boss and his wife. This inciting incident sparks a complex “chess game” of social coercion and manipulative favors within the orbit of a Korean billionaire owner.
The cast for this installment is nothing short of prestigious. Oscar Isaac and Carey Mulligan lead the fray as the feuding couple, joined by legendary Minari Oscar winner Yuh-Jung Youn and Parasite star Song Kang-ho. This season will consist of eight 30-minute episodes, with creator Lee Sung Jin returning as showrunner and executive producer.
