The Chicks Announce 2022 North American Tour

The Chicks have announced a North American tour that’s set to start in June. Patty Griffin will support most dates, with Jenny Lewis taking a handful of opening slots in July. See the full itinerary below. The tour is the group’s first since they released Gaslighter, their eighth album, in July 2020. Gaslighter arrived nearly 15 years after 2006’s Taking the Long Way, along with a name change for the group. The Chicks are also set to appear at Bonnaroo alongside J. Kanye West Posts Studio Photos With Beach House

Over the weekend, on Instagram, Kanye West posted several photos of himself in the studio with Beach House. (West also shared several Polaroid photos that he’s since deleted.) The rapper captioned all three photographs, “🌊🖤,” and tagged the band in one of them. Reacting to one of the photos on Twitter, Anthony Fantano wrote, “Kanye and fuckin Beach House?!?” John Cunningham, an apparent Donda 2 producer, tweeted, “Can confirm 📸.” When reached by Pitchfork, a representative for Beach House’s label Sub Pop could not provide additional information.
