French Montana and Harry Fraud Deliver Joint Album ‘Montega’

After releasing several joint tracks earlier this month, French Montana and Harry Fraud have dropped off a full-length collaborative album, dubbed Montega. The 12-track record includes guest appearances from Quavo, Babyface Ray, Rick Ross, Jadakiss, Benny the Butcher, EST Gee and late rapper Chinx. Massimo Morante, founder and guitarist of Italian prog-rock project Goblin has died. “With extreme pain and disbelief we are forced to announce that Massimo Morante, founder and irreplaceable guitarist of the Goblin, has left us today,” the band wrote on Facebook. A cause of death was not provided. Morante founded Goblin alongside Claudio Simonetti in 1973, and they took to London to record their first album. Their label, Cinevox, put Goblin in touch with the director Dario Argento, who was working on his 1975 film Deep Red. The band did the Deep Red soundtrack and collaborated with Argento again for Suspiria. The band earned accolades for its harrowing complements to Argento’s work, especially with Suspiria. Taylor Swift has released her new song “Carolina.” She wrote the track for Where the Crawdads Sing, a forthcoming adaptation of Delia Owens’ 2018 novel of the same name, and previously teased it in a trailer for the movie.
