Netflix Drops Official Trailer for Tyler Perry’s New Crime Thriller ‘Mea Culpa’

Netflix has officially released the trailer for Tyler Perry's upcoming crime thriller starring Kelly Rowland and Trevante Rhodes. Perry wrote and directed the film, which is slated to land on the streamer next month. The film follows the story of Rowland's character, a criminal defense attorney named Mea Harper who takes on the murder case against Zyair Malloy (Rhodes), an artist who is accused of killing his girlfriend. While she navigates the tumultuous findings of the case and tries to figure out her cagy and seductive client and argue his innocence, Mea soon realizes she has taken on more a world that is a lot more dangerous than she anticipated.
