Rick and Morty is perhaps one of Adult Swim’s most popular TV series, having run on the network for a decade now. Creator Dan Harmon will now be bringing the raunchy sci-fi show to Japan.Adult Swim is working on Rick and Morty: The Anime, the first season of which will consist of five short episodes voiced in Japanese. For the adaptation, the voice actors behind the Japanese dub of the original show will return, featuring Yōhei Tadano as Rick Sanchez and Keisuke Chiba as Morty Smith.The anime is described as taking direction from the mainline Rick and Morty series but is an original work consisting of new stories. Two Peaky Blinders spinoffs are reportedly in the works over at Netflix.As per Bloomberg, the first spinoff will be set in the middle of the 20th century in Boston, a few decades after Peaky Blinders came to an end. The second one will be based on Aunt Polly Gray, the matriarch of the Shelby Clan in the original series. The Hollywood Reporter revealed that Marvel Studios has dropped Jonathan Majors after being found guilty of harassment and reckless assault.The 34-year-old actor was signed to play the Marvel Cinematic Universe's (MCU) next big bad villain Kang the Conqueror, appearing in the 31st MCU film Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania earlier this year. Majors was also set to continue playing the role in Avengers: The Kang Dynasty — which is now being referred to only as Avengers 5 — for its May 1, 2026 release. Jonathan Majors has been found guilty of harassment and reckless assault in the third degree.The actor received the verdict on Monday, December 18, by a six-person jury after four hours of deliberation spread across four days. Majors had initially been faced with four charges of assault and pled not guilty to all charges.He was found not guilty of two of the four charges, intentional assault in the third degree and aggravated harassment in the second degree.In March, he had called 911 after he said he found his former girlfriend, Grace Jabbari, unconscious in their shared apartment.
