A sealed VHS copy of 1980’s time-travel classic Back To The Future has sold at auction for $75,000 USD. The video tape – that belonged to Biff Tannen actor Tom Wilson – was the star lot at an auction of 260 sealed VHS tapes at Heritage Auctions in Texas. The shrink wrapped tape from 1986 was graded and described as being in near mint condition and the sum paid for it is thought to be the highest ever for a VHS tape. Wilson consigned sealed copies of all three films in the trilogy with Back to the Future II selling for $16,250 USD and Back to the Future III achieving $13,750 USD. Starting this week, Disney+ users in the U.K. will be able to watch five Spider-Man films from all three franchises on the streaming platform. Showtime has dropped off the official trailer for its upcoming docuseries, Supreme Team, directed by Nas and Peter J. Scalettar. The three-episode docuseries, which chronicles the evolution of the namesake crime syndicate, includes interviews with the gang’s two feared leaders: Kenneth “Supreme” McGriff and his nephew Gerald “Prince” Miller. Warner Bros. has unveiled a first look at Ryan Gosling as Ken in Greta Gerwig’s Barbie film. The image sees the Canadian actor sporting Ken’s distinct blonde hair, spray tan and six-pack abs, wearing a denim vest with cut-off sleeves, denim bottoms and underwear that features a personalized band that reads his name. Building on the popularity of the racing simulation video game series from Polyphony Digital, the upcoming movie will focus on the competitive element of Gran Turismo. According to Forbes, the film has surpassed the $400 million USD domestic box office mark 18 days after the premiere, achieving a $402 million USD domestic cume. Following the theatrical release of Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero in Japan, Crunchyroll and Toei Animation have now come together to announce a global release date for the second movie from Dragon Ball Super. The companies are set to feature both the original Japanese audio with subtitles and an English dub. Crunchyroll and Toei Animation will be preparing various language subtitles for all the locations it is handling.
