‘Dragon Ball Super’ Sequel Film Will Screen in Theaters Worldwide This Summer

The second film in the animated Dragon Ball Super film franchise is slated to grace theaters this summer. Crunchyroll and Sony Pictures Entertainment will distribute Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero across theaters globally, offering viewings of the film in its original Japanese audio with subtitles, as well as an English dubbed version. The screenings will mark the first time a Crunchyroll film has received a worldwide theatrical debut. Viewers in “all continents, including North America, Latin America, Europe, Australia/New Zealand, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia (excluding Japan)” will be able to see Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero in theaters sometime this summer, according to Crunchyroll’s announcement. Netflix’s Ad-Supported Subscription Plan, Password Sharing Fees Could Launch in 2022

Netflix could be rolling out its cheaper, ad-supported subscription plan as early by the end of 2022. According to reports, an internal memo supposedly revealed that the streaming service is looking to launch its newest tier by Q4 2022. Netflix is also looking to further crack down on password sharing this year, with the company already testing out a feature in Chile, Costa Rica and Peru that makes subscribers pay an extra fee in order for users outside of the household to use the streaming service. Netflix co-CEO Reed Hastings initially announced the cheaper tier during an earnings call in late April. John Wick: Chapter 4 director Chad Stahelski recently spoke with The Hollywood Reporter about what fans can expect from Keanu Reeves. Stahelski shared that for John Wick 4 the team had one simple goal of wanting to “keep finding new and interesting ways to have John Wick suffer. That’s where the action comes from. Figure out how to make him suffer and then design backward.” Reeves also had his own input for the film, adding, “I’ve called out a couple of things, like, ‘Let’s get on a horse in the desert.
