A24 and directors Daniel Kwan and Daniel Scheinert’s Everything Everywhere All at Once is re-releasing in US theaters this week. Taking to Twitter to confirm the news, the filmmakers shared that the Michelle Yeoh-starring flick will be returning to 800 theaters in the United States and that those who catch the film will see “some good old fashioned bloopers and outtakes like a classic Hong Kong flick” in the credits. A second trailer for One Piece Film Red has just been unveiled on One Piece Day. On Friday, a world premiere screening was held at Nippon Budokan, with director Goro Taniguchi and voice actors attending. The second trailer has English, French, Chinese and Russian subtitles. James Gunn has confirmed that the upcoming Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 will be the final standalone title for that group of characters. The filmmaker confirmed the news during this weekend’s 2022 Comic-Con, and new footage supposedly featuring a baby Rocket Raccoon was shared to the audience. They also took this time to confirm that Chukwudi Iwuji and Maria Bakalova have joined the cast, starring as the High Evolutionary and Cosmo, respectively. At San Diego Comic-Con this past weekend, Marvel Studios announced that Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania will serve to end Phase 4 and help develop Multiverse Saga. Directed by the original-movie director, Ryan Coogler, the sequel picks up where Black Panther and deals with the death of star Chadwick Boseman, who played T’Challa, cinematically. The trailer starts off by showing a nation in mourning, following the death of King T’Challa, highlighting those closest around him. In the all-new sneak peek for the fourth installment of John Wick, new footage showcases Wick enacting revenge with just about any weapon he can find. This would be Peele’s third consecutive film to debut at the top of the box office if predictions are correct. Early projections propelled by the early Thursday previews brought in $6.4 million USD, indicating that the film is on track to becoming a summer box office hit.
