Chuck Palahniuk, the author of the 1996 novel Fight Club — which was later made into the cult-classic David Fincher film in 1999 — has just responded to China‘s decision to change the ending of the story. Screenshots are currently circulating the Internet of the rewritten ending where “Project Mayhem” never takes place and the police capture Edward Norton/Brad Pitt’s character at the end and he is sent to a psychiatric hospital. Oddly enough, the altered ending is closer to Palahniuk’s original vision of the story where the bomb malfunctions and the narrator shoots himself only to wake up in a hospital. The text that appears at the end reads, “Through the clue provided by Tyler, the police rapidly figured out the whole plan and arrested all criminals, successfully preventing the bomb from ...

A concept art piece from Andrew Reader has supposedly revealed original plans of a fight between Mysterio and Dr. Strange in Spider-Man: No Way Home. The concept art sees both Dr. Strange and Mysterio flying in the air, their hands at the ready, with New York City’s Statue of Liberty between them. The setting hints that the fight was originally planned for the ending, but many fans are discussing whether this Mysterio is just using his holographic technology and is from a different universe. Mysterio, also known as Quentin Beck, was the main villain in Spider-Man: Far From Home and was portrayed by Jake Gyllenhaal. The villain’s final action of revealing Spider-Man’s identity to the world became the main plot of No Way Home, and Peter Parker’s attempts to undo the damage caused by his unma...
Spider-Man: No Way Home quickly became one of the most successful films across the U.S. and the world after it shattered pandemic era box office records upon its release in December 2022. Erik Sommers and Chris McKenna led the script which saw J.K. Simmons‘ character J. Jonah Jameson out Peter Parker, played by Tom Holland, as Spider-Man. Mysterio, who was the villain in Far From Home, framed Spider-Man as a murderer and Peter, M.J. (Zendaya) and Ned (Jacob Batalon) are all rejected from the prestigious M.I.T. due to their association with Spider-Man. Peter later reaches out to Doctor Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) in hopes he can cast a spell and makes sure that everyone will forget that he is Spider-Man. However, the spell went wrong and attracted other villains from the previous Spider-...

Disney has released a statement following Peter Dinklage‘s criticism of the studio’s live-action Snow White film. We look forward to sharing more as the film heads into production after a lengthy development period.” Dinklage shared his comments during a recent episode of Marc Maron’s WTF podcast, stating that the film took one progressive step forward by casting Rachel Zegler — a Latina — as Snow White, but is moving backwards because of the dwarves’ storyline. “Literally no offense to anyone, but I was a little taken aback when th...
