Stanley Tucci has gone public about his recent battle with cancer. The Emmy Award-winning actor told Vera magazine that in 2018 he was diagnosed with a tumor at the base of his tongue. “It was too big to operate, so they had to do high-dose radiation and chemo,” Tucci explained. At one point, he was forced to use a feeding tube. Scarlett Johansson and Chris Evans are reuniting, this time outside the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The forces behind Black Widow and Captain America, respectively, are set to star in Ghosted, an upcoming adventure film by Apple Studios. Much of the details about Ghosted remain under wraps for now, but according to The Hollywood Reporter, it’ll be directed by Dexter Fletcher, known for his work on the Elton John biopic Rocketman. Deadpool and Zombieland screenwriters Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick will handle the script. Netflix is developing a new comedy film that will target two generations at once. The untitled feature will star Eddie Murphy opposite Jonah Hill and is set to have Kenya Barris serve as the director. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Hill and Barris co-wrote the script and are both producing the movie alongside Kevin Misher of Misher Films.
