Nigeria forward Paul Onuachu has been nominated for Professional Player of the Year award in Belgium. Onauchu enjoyed a breathtaking season with KRC Genk scorig 33 goals in 38 league appearances. The 26-year-old is in pole position to win the award which will be a good reward for his superb showing for the Smurfs this season. Nuno Espírito Santo will leave Wolverhampton Wanderers by mutual consent after the club’s final Premier League game of the season against Manchester United on Sunday. Barcelona have secured a €500m loan from Goldman Sachs, with €100m arriving immediately to cover unpaid wages. Fulham and West Brom are interested in signing Taiwo Awoniyi after he was granted a UK work permit for the 2021/22 campaign.
