Gaming specialist Secretlab has collaborated with Warner Bros. to add a dash of the Dark Knight to its Magnus Metal Desk. The Dark Knight Edition Magnus Metal Desk includes a Dark Knight MAGPAD Desk Mat, adding a Batman-themed black plush leatherette desktop surface to the desk. The Batman logo has also been applied to Secretlab’s cable management conduits, clips and sheath accessories. Secretlab offers an ecosystem of handy magnetic accessories to attach to the Magnus Metal Desk, adding functionality and personalizing its aesthetic. Nintendo Switch Online is upping the ante with its new membership plan. Gamers will now have a much more expansive portfolio to choose from, including a library of classic Nintendo 64 and SEGA Genesis games. Nintendo fans will have the opportunity to ready their favorite N64 games like Mario Kart 64, Super Mario 64, Yoshi’s Story, Mario Tennis, Dr. Mario 64 and Zelda to play online with up to four players. This week, fans filled the bustling streets of the Ikebukuro district of Tokyo to say a final goodbye to the beloved game center at a ceremony held by Sega to mark the end of an era. Building on the theme of the Diablo series, the Shang-Chi lead is seen walking into an ominous church seeking the confessional. Confiding with the priest on the other side, Liu asks for forgiveness for the sins he is about to commit. Pokémon Unite is now available on iOS and Android devices. Originally launched on the Nintendo Switch in July, the free-to-play MOBA game now features full cross-platform play and account linking across Switch and mobile devices. The Pokémon Company is officially releasing a new digital Pokémon trading card game for users. The app, titled Pokémon Trading Card Game Live, comes at a time when the card game is hitting an all-time high in popularity. While there has always been a digital Pokémon TCG app that allows gamers to battle online and collect cards, the version is much older and is only supported on tablets and web browsers. Stern Pinball and Toho International have teamed up to release a new range of Godzilla-inspired pinball machines. The new pinball machines come in pro, premium and limited edition models. The range of pinball machines features the “Godzilla” song by Blue Oyster Cult, hand-drawn artwork by Zombie Yeti, three spinning targets, three flippers, three “powerline” themed stand-up targets, wireform ramps and a UFO pop pumper. Additionally, all three models of the pinball machines feature a “Magna Grab” magnetic newton ball, which can catch pinballs from five different shot paths. Elevating the machines are video and audio components from ten Toho Showa Era Godzilla films to create an immersive experience. Cheap Finds Gold Mines has just discovered a treasure trove of over $100,000 USD-worth of retro video games. Venturing into a home that was set to be sold after the owner fell ill in 2019, they opened a room that had been closed off for 20 years. The sight of the filthy room would have been enough to deter many bargain hunters but not Cheap Finds Gold Mines, as their tenacity paid off when they laded on a huge box of sealed video games. From GameCube, PlayStation 2, and Xbox 360 games, to even Blockbuster VHS tapes, the team passed through cockroaches, rats, and spiders for a total haul upwards of $100,000 USD.
