Soccer Club Juventus Rejoins the World of ‘FIFA’

Soccer club Juventus will once again be featured in EA’s FIFA franchise. Although Juventus previously had a deal with Konami that saw it exclusively in the Pro Evolution Soccer series, EA and Juventus has announced that they’ve inked a “multi-year collaboration,” beginning with the launch of FIFA 23. New leaks have now surfaced showcasing a remastered version of Square Enix‘s cult classic RPG from 1994; Tactics Ogre: Let Us Cling Together. According to new reports, the Japanese video game developer is currently working on a remastered edition named Tactics Ogre: Reborn, with the game destined for both the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5, although it’ll likely only be available digitally and there’s no news yet on whether there’ll be native performance enhancements for the newer gen console. This 1952 Topps Mickey Mantle Could Potentially Sell for $10 Million USD

Heritage Auctions has just listed the “finest known example” of a 1952 Topps Mickey Mantle. One of the most sought-after sports cards, this particular 52 Mantle has a pretty interesting history where it was sold in 1991 in New York for $50,000 USD by Al Rosen aka “Mr. Mint.” Part of his 1985 “Rosen Find” where Rosen was able to amass 75 mint ‘52 Mantles, this card has now surfaced some 30 years later where it has been SGC graded Mint+ 9.5 and comes with the original New York Post newspaper clipping and letter from the late Mr. Mint himself. Xbox Receives Quicker Boot Up Times

Microsoft has released an update that made their Xbox consoles boot a bit faster. The changes see the boot process go from 20 seconds to 15 seconds for Xbox Series S | X. According to The Verge, Xbox testers recently noticed a slight improvement in the bootup time, with the changes confirmed by the company last week. By creating a shorter bootup animation, Microsoft was able to speed up the boot sequence by roughly 5 seconds quicker than previously. The update benefitted both Xbox S | X consoles and the Xbox One Xbox owners will only be able to benefit from improved bootup times if they set their console to Energy Saver mode instead of Standby mode, meaning that the console will be fully powered off, as opposed to immediately booting up the game after powering on.
