Kardashian Victim Tristan Thompson To Pay $9.5K A Month In Child Support To Maralee Nichols

HipHopWired Featured Video Source: San Francisco Chronicle/Hearst Newspapers via Getty Images / Getty Khloe Kardashian’s baby daddy, Tristan Thompson, has just finalized a paternity settlement with his latest baby mama, Maralee Nichols, but luckily for him he’s not coughing up Kanye West child support kind of money. TMZ is reporting that NBA star Tristan Thompson and Maralee Nichols have agreed he will be providing her a monthly allowance of $9,500 for their one-year-old son, Theo, and even pay for some of her lawyer’s fees as well. That’s $190,500 less than Kanye West will be paying his multi-millionaire ex-wife and baby mama, Kim Kardashian, on a monthly basis. One would think it’s because Tristan got himself good legal representation, but there’s actually a good reason behind the low pa...

With the “BREAK THE WALL” Tour, ATEEZ Continue to Shatter Expectations

It’s pouring rain in New York City the day ATEEZ sit down with Consequence. We meet on Madison Avenue; the members — Hongjoong, Seonghwa, Yunho, Yeosang, San, Mingi, Wooyoung and Jongho — are snapping photos in front of the glittering holiday decor before our conversation, unbothered by the gloom. They’ve been in the city for a full week at this point, wrapping up a string of stateside concerts on their second world tour of 2022, which means they had the day off on Thanksgiving. “In the morning, we went to SoHo,” shares Seonghwa. “But every store was closed. It was really funny.” Instead, he ended up with Hongjoong and Yunho, searching for the best lookout point to see the Statue of Liberty. San chimes in with the New York itinerary as well. “I went to the Empire State Building, and T...

Donald Glover to Play D-List Spider-Man Villain Hypno-Hustler in New Sony Film

Yes, according to The Hollywood Reporter, the actor/writer/director/musician has signed on to star in and producer a movie centered around the D-list Spidey villain. The latest addition to Sony’s Universe of Marvel Characters, the project is to be penned by Myles Murphy, son of the great Eddie Murphy. For someone who had a long-public desire to play the Web-Slinger himself, settling for such an obscure character sure seems like a strange move. Created in 1978, Hypno-Hustler’s real name is Antoine Delsoin, the frontman of a disco band called Mercy Killers. With his hypnotic guitar, he can hypnotize his robbery victims for an easy crime. He also has knockout gas an...

10-Year-Old Girl Fronts Crushing Cover of Slipknot’s “The Heretic Anthem”: Watch

Ten-year-old Zoë Franziska channels her inner Corey Taylor on a new cover of Slipknot’s “The Heretic Anthem,” the latest video from the metal-loving folks at the O’Keefe Music Foundation. The performance is introduced by four-year-old Laura, who offers up the song’s very metal countdown 8-7-6-6-6-5-4-3-2-1 to get things started. Then, Zoë and her backing band — ranging in age from seven through 17 — proceed to deliver a crushing rendition of the classic track off Slipknot’s 2001 album Iowa. In some of the previous performances produced by the O’Keefe Music Foundation, the singer has a sweet kid’s voice set against heavy instrumentals, but Zoë’s vocals are metal to the bone. Seeing her scream, “If you’re 555, then I’m 666,” is quite the sight. Advertisement Related Video Meanwhile, 12-year-...

It comprises five songs from the album, including “Heart on Fire,” “X,” “Silhouette,” “Sideways,” and “Broken.” Simz offers some words of wisdom before the video sets into action: “Emotion is energy in motion,” reads text across the screen in its first seconds, just as the music is about to begin. “Honor your truth and feelings. Eradicate fear. Boundaries are important.” Visually, the Gabriel Moses-directed clip is on par with a feature-length noir arthouse film, as Little Simz raps in an array of settings: Alongside some contemporary dancers, in the drivers’ seat of a car on a rainy ni...
