IGNITE Releases Music Video For New Single ‘This Day’

Melodic hardcore heavyweights IGNITE have dropped their fourth single and new music video for “This Day” from their upcoming self-titled album. The LP will be released on March 25 via Century Media. “‘This Day’, a hopeful call for unity, is an unfiltered, disheartened reaction to the teeming racial tensions of the last couple years,” states new lead vocalist Eli Santana. Santana joined IGNITE as the replacement for longtime vocalist Zoltán “Zoli” Téglás, who exited the group in 2020. Former DRAIN STH drummer Martina Axén is featured in the music video for Zinny Zan‘s cover version of the DEPECHE MODE classic “It’s No Good”. Axén can be seen playing percussion in the clip, which was filmed on February 5 in a suburb of Stockholm, Sweden. DRAIN STH split up more than two decades ago, not long after the release of the band’s final album, 1999’s “Freaks Of Nature”. Ed Sheeran Gets Approval for Underground Crypt on English Estate

Ed Sheeran is getting his crypt after all. The pop star’s application to add the underground lair to his property in Suffolk, England has reportedly been approved. The singer initially submitted the application in December for the crypt to be added onto the private chapel on the grounds of his $5 million estate outside the town of Framlingham, but had to be given the green light from the East Suffolk council to move ahead with the construction. In 2019, the “Bad Habits” crooner was given approval for building the chapel as a “private place of retreat for contemplation and prayer,” but he had to get additional permission for the crypt.
