The Decemberists have announced a summer tour, which stretches across the month of August. Slim Jxmmi allegedly got into an argument with his girlfriend, pulled her hair, kicked down a door behind which she was hiding, took away her phone, and threw the phone outside over a balcony. Online records, viewed by Pitchfork, indicate that Slim Jxmmi was booked into Miami’s Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center this morning at 11:27 a.m. His bond was set at $1,500. Microtronics – Volumes 1 & 2 (originally released as 3″ tour-only CDs in 2003 and 2005), Mother is The Milky Way (originally released as a tour only CD in 2009), and the BBC Maida Vale Sessions are set for a March 18 release on vinyl LP, CD, and digital streaming platforms.
